These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7vip platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bet. By accessing 7vip, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Access to and use of the 7vip Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 7vip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement has not been met.
The Platform is operated offshore and directed primarily at adult players residing in Indonesia. By creating an account, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing offshore online gaming services does not violate any law, regulation, or restriction applicable to you in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under local laws.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 7vip. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money balances pending investigation of fraudulent intent.
To access betting and gaming services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active email address, and mobile telephone number.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. Any material misrepresentation — including false name, false date of birth, or false residential address — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 7vip will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 7vip support immediately at [email protected].
All accounts on 7vip are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other currency is accepted. Currency conversion is not performed by the Platform; Members must ensure that their funding source transacts in IDR.
7vip is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may also be triggered when account activity exceeds specified thresholds.

7vip aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email once your verification is complete or if additional documentation is needed.
7vip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, where documentation appears fraudulent, or where the Member fails to cooperate with reasonable verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
7vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The Platform will publish any changes to accepted methods via the FAQ page.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction. 7vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 7vip bears no responsibility.

7vip reserves the right to reverse any deposit or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the matter will be escalated for internal review, and the Member will be notified via their registered email address.
7vip offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 3.000.000 before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of any winnings derived from those bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure:
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to the Member's account. Expired bonuses and any unmet wagering requirements are automatically forfeited without compensation.
7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a Member's account at the time of the change, provided no abuse is detected.
All sports bets, including those on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are governed by the specific market rules displayed on each event page. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets follow standard international sportsbook rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 7vip's decision, based on official league or governing body records, is final.
All slot and casino games on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions. Results from each round are entirely independent of previous rounds.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. All bets placed in live dealer games are final once the round has commenced. Network interruptions on the Member's end do not entitle the Member to a refund of any bet placed before the interruption.
Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws conducted on the Platform use officially sourced reference numbers from recognized external draw operators. 7vip does not control the draw outcomes. Results are published on the Platform within 15 minutes of the official draw close.
7vip reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from technical error or human data entry mistake — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Members affected by void bets will have their original stake refunded to their account balance.
Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum limits that vary by sport, market, and game type. Maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant market or game page. Where a single bet would produce a payout in excess of the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit and the excess will not be paid.
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 7vip brand name, logo, graphical user interface, software, game assets, data feeds, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7vip makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, 7vip's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7vip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any applicable law, or your use of the Platform in a manner not authorized herein.
7vip reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's balance will be held in escrow and released only upon satisfactory resolution of the investigation.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining Real Money balance (net of any active bonus obligations) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.
Members who wish to restrict their gambling activity may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the selected period. 7vip will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that all access routes will be blocked. Members are responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7vip holds its offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause limits 7vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent or restrain fraudulent or abusive activity.
7vip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7vip will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to the registered email address on file. The updated Terms & Conditions will display the revised effective date at the top of the document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.
